Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of Vector Gas Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2016
Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991 and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.
Notice
1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of Vector Gas Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2016.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of publication.
2. Change of name of requiring authority—The notice entitled Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1994, dated 22 July 2009 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 July 2009, No. 110, page 2518, is hereby amended by replacing
"Vector Gas Limited"
with
"First Gas Limited".*

as a lawyer member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal commencing on 22 July 2016 and expiring on 15 September 2018.
