Land Transport Rules
In accordance with section 161(2) of the Land Transport Act 1998, the NZ Transport Agency, on behalf of the Minister of Transport, gives notice of the Minister’s intention to amend fifteen Land Transport Rules, and advises that the Land Transport Rule: Omnibus Amendment 2016 ("Rule") is available for public comment.
The Rule proposes minor, mainly technical or editorial, changes to the following Land Transport Rules:
