Notice of Intention to Remove Entities From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

We, John Fisk and Jeremy Morley, liquidators of the above-named entities, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the entities from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 4 August 2016.

The liquidator has delivered the documents referred to in section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 to the Registrar.

Any objections to the removals, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar by 5 August 2016.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), and in the matter of EXNML LIMITED (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 320 of the Act, that:

a. It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act.

b. Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 19 August 2016.
