I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the

Description of the Land: An estate in fee simple in 0.1389 hectares, more or less, being Section 2 on an approved
plan with Land Information New Zealand under SO 465583, being Part Section 154 Waimea West District which
is the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 7 folio 280, such land being part of the land granted to Orlando
Webb under Crown Grant 8671 on 1 June 1854 and subsequently conveyed by Deed of Conveyance 11672 (dated
16 September 1869), Probate 22542 (dated 25 January 1889), Deed of Conveyance 22803 (dated 14 June 1889),
Probate 29005 (dated 3 December 1896), Deed of Conveyance 29008 (dated 15 January 1901), Deed of
Conveyance 32428 (dated 2 August 1905) and Deed of Conveyance 40851 (dated 18 August 1914) to Waimea
West Road Board, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
