Geoff Brown and Lynda Smart, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, hereby give notice that on 5 July 2016 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of TAPP LOGGING LIMITED under the powers contained in the following instruments:
a. A general security agreement dated 12 November 2014 in relation to all of the present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights (whether now or in the future);
b. a specific security agreement dated 12 November 2014 in relation to a 1997 Cat 330B excavator based harvester (VIN: 9ML00417) equipped with forestry guarding, cab riser, cab guard, Waratah logger boom and arm, with Waratah HTH processing head (Serial No.: 234027); a 1997 Cat 322B digger (VIN: 3NR100182); and a Harvestech 3000 Delimber; and
c. a specific security agreement dated 27 March 2015 in relation to a 2002 Tigercat 630B log skidder (Serial No.: 6301451).
