Pursuant to the provisions of section 13 of the Marriage Act 1955, it is hereby notified that the following names will be removed from the list of marriage celebrants under sections 8 and 10 of the Act as at 28 July 2016:

Fisheries (FLA 3 Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2016 (Notice No. MPI 633)

Pursuant to section 13(7) of the Fisheries Act 1996 ("Act") and having had regard to the matters specified in sections 11–13 of the Act, I give the following notice.

Notice

Title—This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (FLA 3 Total Allowable Catch) Notice 2016.
Commencement—This notice shall come into effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
FLA 3 Fishery defined—The FLA 3 Fishery is the flatfish fishery carried on in flatfish quota management area 3 as defined in the Fisheries (Quota Management Areas, Total Allowable Catches, and Catch Histories) Notice 1986, Schedule 1, "Flatfishes", Item D.
Total allowable catch for the FLA 3 Fishery increased for 2015–2016 fishing year—The total allowable catch for the FLA 3 Fishery for the 2015–2016 fishing year is increased from 1,617 to 1,867 tonnes greenweight in accordance with section 13(7) of the Fisheries Act 1996.
Total allowable catch for the FLA 3 Fishery reverts—From 1 October 2016, the total allowable catch for the FLA 3 Fishery reverts back to 1,617 tonnes greenweight in accordance with section 13(8) of the Fisheries Act 1996.

Fisheries (SCA7 Partial Closure) Notice 2016 (Notice No. MPI 649)

Pursuant to section 11(4) of the Fisheries Act 1996 ("Act") and having had regard to the matters specified in sections 11 and 12 of the Act, I give the following notice.

Notice

Title—This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (SCA7 Partial Closure) Notice 2016.
Commencement and expiry—This notice shall come into effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette and expire on 14 February 2017.
Closed part of quota management area SCA7 defined—The closed part of quota management area SCA7 is:
all the waters defined as the "Marlborough Sounds area" in Regulation 11 of the Fisheries (Challenger Area Commercial Fishing) Regulations 1986; plus
scallop statistical reporting area 7HH, being all those waters enclosed by a line:

a. commencing at a point on Pepin Island (at 41°08.400'S and 173°24.800'E); then
