Reappointment of Public Service Chief Executive
Pursuant to sections 35 and 36 of the State Sector Act 1988, the State Services Commissioner has reappointed
Michelle Patehepa Parewhero Hippolite
as the Chief Executive, Te Puni Kōkiri, from 1 August 2017 to 31 July 2019, following acceptance by the Governor-General in Council of the Commissioner’s recommendation.

Replacement of Alternative Constitution for the Our Lady of Victories School (3463) Board of Trustees
Under section 105A of the Education Act 1989, I hereby replace the notice headed Alternative Constitution for the Board of Trustees of Our Lady of Victories School (3463) (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 February 2014, No. 19, page 432) with this notice, and return the Our Lady of Victories School Board of Trustees to the standard constitution under section 94 of the Education Act 1989.
All current elected, appointed and co-opted trustees will remain in office until the date that the newly elected trustees take office following the first election under the standard constitution.
This notice shall come into effect on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
