Notification of Commerce Commission Granting an Extension of Spark’s Exemptions to Clauses 14.2.1 and 14.2.3 of the Network Terms of the Local Number Portability Service Determination for the Period 1 June 2016 to 31 December 2020
On 1 June 2016, having received a unanimous recommendation from the management committee of the New Zealand Telecommunications Forum, the Commerce Commission granted extensions of Spark’s exemptions to clauses 14.2.1 and 14.2.3 of the network terms of the local number portability service determination, made under section 39 of the Telecommunications Act 2001, for the period 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2020.
