microscopic examination, as long as each discrete sample does not exceed 1.75cm³ in volume;

b. bodily fluid taken by the pathologist for the purpose of laboratory analysis, as long as each discrete sample does not exceed:

i. 25ml in volume in the case of stomach or bowel contents; or

ii. 15ml in volume in the case of any other bodily fluid;

c. a blood spot card;

d. a nail clipping or scraping;

e. a sample of head or body hair, as long as each discrete sample does not exceed 50 strands; or

f. any specimen swab that has been used to obtain a sample.

This notice comes into effect on 22 July 2016.

Notice of Dissolution of the Barrytown School (3290) Board of Trustees and Direction to Appoint a Commissioner

Under section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989, under delegated authority, I dissolve the Barrytown School (3290) Board of Trustees and direct the Group Manager, Schools and Student Support, to appoint a Commissioner to replace that Board.

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
