Notice Under the Animal Products Act 1999 (Notice No. MPI 640)

Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 30 June 2016 of the Animal Products Notice: Contaminants Monitoring and Surveillance, which comes into force on 1 July 2016.

A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace (PO Box 2526), Wellington.

Appointment of Judge of the High Court

Pursuant to section 4 of the Judicature Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, has been pleased to appoint

a Judge of the High Court.

Pursuant to section 5(2) of the Research, Science, and Technology Act 2010, the following Research, Science, and Technology (RS&T) funding in the votes administered by the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment is subject to a separate decision-making process:
