Appointment of Director of Area Mental Health Services

Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Chai Chuah, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 1 July 2016.

This notice shall be read together with the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act Notice 2014 – Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 July 2014, No. 75, page 2138 ("amendment notice"), which amends the Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 October 2013, No. 143, page 3909.
The amendment notice is amended by omitting the name and title

"David George Chaplow, psychiatrist, of Rotorua"

and substituting the name and title

"Darren Mark Malone, psychiatrist, of Rotorua".
