KNOX HOME TRUST

Notice of Application to Vary Terms of Charitable Trust

Take notice that the trustees of the KNOX HOME TRUST will apply to the High Court at Auckland on Thursday 18 August 2016 for an order varying the terms of the KNOX HOME TRUST, created by a deed dated 3 June 1911, as varied by deeds dated 4 May 1921, 23 January 1984 and 24 December 1986 and by Court Orders dated 16 December 1983 and 2 April 1987.

The scheme proposes to widen the purposes of the KNOX HOME TRUST and to extend and vary the administrative provisions of the trust.

Further particulars of the application may be obtained from the office of the applicant’s solicitors, Martelli McKegg.

Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give notice in writing of his/her intention to do so to:

  1. the Registrar of the High Court at Auckland, DX CX10222, Auckland;
  2. the applicant, c/o Martelli McKegg, PO Box 5745, Wellesley Street, Auckland (attention: Claire Mansell); and
  3. the Attorney-General, Crown Law Office, PO Box 2858, Wellington 6140 (attention: Kim Laurenson)

not less than seven clear days before the matter is due to be heard.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

To: Inzone Limited (“mortgagor”)

Westpac New Zealand Limited (“mortgagee”) gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 27 June 2016 it entered into possession of certain goods mortgaged pursuant to security agreements made by the mortgagor in favour of the mortgagee dated 10 June 2011 and 31 August 2011.

The mortgaged goods are:

  • 2011 Toyota Hiace 3.0 ZX Light Van, Registration No. FYA217, VIN: JTFPT22P300007785.
  • 2006 Toyota Hiace 2.5 Light Van, Registration No. DHU675, VIN: JTFPS22P900004103.

The address of the mortgagee for communication relating to these goods is at the offices of Simpson Grierson, Level 27, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland.
