Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act")
On 30 June 2016 at 9.00am, a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, was passed stating that the company be liquidated and Karen Betty Mason and Rachel Mason-Thomas, insolvency practitioners, be appointed as liquidators.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(8) of the Act.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 29 July 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company appointed Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, as joint and several liquidators of the company on 17 May 2016 at 10.50am.
