On 30 June 2016 at 6.15pm, pursuant to section 241 of the Act, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder that COUNTRY GARDEN LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Robert Ross Horton be appointed liquidator.

A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(9) of the Act.
