Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 20 June 2016, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that FRESH VEGETABLE PACKERS LIMITED be put into voluntary liquidation and that Andrew James Brady and Richard Nicholas Ineson, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint and several liquidators for this purpose.
The directors have signed a declaration of solvency.
The liquidation commenced on 20 June 2016.
