Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes
Under section 7(1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Director Operations, Northern North Island, Department of Conservation, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, and the Commissioner of Crown Lands, acting under a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, being the Minister responsible for the department of State that has control of the land described in the Schedule, jointly declare that the land is held for conservation purposes.

Road Realignment—Mititai Road, Kaipara District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:
a. Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreement to that affect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Kaipara District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette; and
b. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA42B/61 subject to Mortgage D665261.3.
