Revoking a Section of State Highway 88 and Declaring a Section of State Highway 88, Dunedin
Pursuant to section 103 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, the NZ Transport Agency gives notice, with effect from 30 June 2016, that:
- Part of State Highway 88, described in the First Schedule, is revoked; and
- the section of new road described in the Second Schedule is declared to be State Highway 88.
First Schedule
Part of State Highway 88 in Dunedin, commencing on State Highway 88, intersection of Frederick Street at old RP 0/0.82 extending in a general easterly direction to end approximately 170 metres west of Parry Street at old RP 0/1.85. The length of road to be revoked is 1.03 kilometres.
Second Schedule
Part of State Highway 88 in Dunedin, commencing at the intersection of Frederick Street at new RP 0/0.77 extending in a general easterly direction to end approximately 120 metres west of Parry Street at new RP 0/1.82. The length of road to be declared is 1.05 kilometres.

Notice of the Electricity Industry Participation Code Amendment (Requirements and Processes for Audits) 2016
Under section 38(3)(b) of the Electricity Industry Act 2010 ("Act"), and having complied with section 39 of that Act, the Electricity Authority ("Authority") gives notice of the making of the Electricity Industry Participation Code Amendment (Requirements and Processes for Audits) 2016 ("amendment").

The amendment comes into force on 1 June 2017.

The amendment inserts a new Part 16A into the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 ("Code") and makes changes to Parts 1, 10, 11, 15 and 17 of the Code. The amendment clarifies the purpose of the participant audit regime. It improves the governance of the audit regime in order to better align it with international audit best practice. The amendment also improves the operational efficiency of the audit regime in order to better align it with the Authority’s statutory objective.

A copy of the amendment and the Code may also be inspected free of charge or purchased from the Electricity Authority, Level 7, ASB Bank Tower, 2 Hunter Street, Wellington.
