Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993

Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, accredited insolvency practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company, pursuant to a special resolution of the shareholder under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 June 2016 at 12.55pm.

The liquidators of the above-named company fix 5 August 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act")

Subsequent to the director of the company filing a resolution with the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act, stating that on appointment of liquidators the company would be able to pay its debts, Rees Logan and Rhys Cain were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by special resolutions of the shareholders on 24 June 2016 at 2.30pm.

The liquidators fix 15 July 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
