Iain Bruce Shephard and Heath Leslie Gair, accredited insolvency practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company, pursuant to a special resolution of shareholders under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 June 2016 at 2.30pm.
