Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of NZ DESIGN AND BUILD CANTERBURY LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 19 June 2016 at 7.30am, when the members appointed Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise potential returns to creditors.

Steven Khov and Damien Grant, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TAKAPUNA HOSPITALITY LIMITED on 20 June 2016 at 2.55pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidators fix 18 July 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
