a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Whakatane District Council;
b. Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(3) and 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA895/255, subject to all existing encumbrances;
c. Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117(3) and 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 581798, subject to all existing encumbrances; and
d. Pursuant to section 119, declares that the land described in the Fourth Schedule to the notice to be taken for severance and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 581798, subject to all existing encumbrances
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
