Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act")
It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the New Zealand Register, under section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act.
Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objections no later than 12 July 2016.

I, John Trevor Whittfield, liquidator of the above-named companies, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on each liquidation, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 18 July 2016.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act"), and in the matter of STEP FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 318 of the Act, that:
a. It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act.
b. Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 25 July 2016.
c. Destruction of all remaining books and records of the company will occur 12 months from the date of completion of the liquidation unless notice is received from the Registrar requiring retention for a further period pursuant to section 256(2)(b) of the Act.
