Take notice that OMNIBUS WORKERS UNION INCORPORATED (in liquidation) was ordered by resolution of the members, pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 7 June 2016 to be put into liquidation.
Robert Bruce Walker was appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 7 June 2016 at 12.30pm.
The liquidator hereby fixes 30 June 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
