heard by the High Court at Rotorua on Monday 11 July 2016 at 10.45am. -
A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file
an appearance not later than the second working day before that day. -

The Companies Act 1993
On 12 June 2016, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the
Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that Kim S. Thompson, insolvency practitioner of
Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes 13 July 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the
company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, under section
304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are
proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
