Notice of Joint Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Part 16 and Schedule 5 of the Companies Act 1993

A joint meeting of creditors of the companies will be held on Friday 17 June 2016 at 12.00pm at the Christchurch Netball Centre, 455 Hagley Avenue, Christchurch.

The nature of business to be transacted at the meeting is:

a. To receive an update on the progress of the liquidation.

b. To confirm the appointment of the liquidators or resolve to make an application to the Court for appointment of a liquidator(s) in place of the current liquidators.

c. To determine whether to pass any resolutions in relation to creditors’ views.

d. To vote on a proposal that a liquidation committee be appointed to act with the liquidator.

e. If it is decided to appoint a liquidation committee, to choose the members of the committee.
