NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 54 — 16 JUNE 2016

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Renewal of Nohoanga Entitlements

Pursuant to section 256(6) of the Ngāi Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, the Deputy Director-General Operations of the Department of Conservation under delegation from the Minister of Conservation dated 9 September 2015, hereby gives notice that Nohoanga Entitlements were renewed and granted to Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu, expiring on 19 October 2019, over the land described in the Schedule to this notice.
