NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 53 — 9 JUNE 2016

Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 27 April 2016, which was granted under those Regulations to Ieremia Tuivaiti in respect of Mo Tatou In-home Early Childhood Education and Care – Malaeola (46300), situated at 41 Chilton Drive, Paraparaumu.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
