The anti-dumping duties elapsed permanently on 2 June 2016 because at that date the goods were not subject to review and five years had passed since the date of the notice of the assessment of the duty following a determination carried out under section 14 of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 June 2011, No. 81, page 1905).

Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services
Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Chai Chuah, Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 8 June 2016.
This notice shall be read together with the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act Notice 2013 – Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (“principal notice”), as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 October 2013, No. 143, page 3909.
Schedule 1 to the principal notice is amended in respect of “Canterbury Regional Forensic Psychiatry Service” by omitting the name and title
“Susan Kay Nightingale, psychiatrist, of Christchurch”
and substituting the name and title
“Erik Marcos Monasterio, psychiatrist, of Christchurch”.

Board of Trustees Election Extension Notice
Pursuant to clause 9(2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the period for closing the poll, and all subsequent actions in accordance with the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000, for the election of representatives for Ngaruawahia High School (127).
The elections must be held by 1 July 2016.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
