Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

The Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator, intend to deliver to the Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act with the intent that the companies be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidations of the companies have been completed.

Unless written objection to the removals, under section 321 of the Act, is delivered to the Registrar of Companies by 4 July 2016, the Registrar may remove the companies from the Register.

Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

In the matter of section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), and in the matter of the above-named company:

By way of special resolution in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Act, Douglas Kim Fisher, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on 16 December 2015 at 3.00pm. Creditors of the company were requested to make their claims, and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act.

Public notice is now given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act, the Registrar of Companies must remove the above-named company from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies, thereby completing the liquidation pursuant to section 249 of the Act.

Unless, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, written objection to the removal is delivered to the Registrar by 8 July 2016 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar is obliged to remove the company from the Register.

We, Damien Grant and Steven Khov, liquidators of the above-named company, whose registered office is situated at Unit 1, 16 Piermark Drive, Rosedale, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 4 July 2016.
