Notice is given that, by way of resolution of the shareholder of the above-named company in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, I, Douglas Kim Fisher, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the company on 2 June 2016 at 10.50am.
