Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 20 May 2016, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that DFL SERVICES LIMITED be liquidated and that Michael Edwin Kooiman, technical adviser of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 20 May 2016 at 1.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that I fix 8 July 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed, or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Rees Logan, chartered accountant of Auckland, and Rhys Cain, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of HOMES HB LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 May 2016 at 10.48am.
We fix 27 July 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
