Land Acquired for Use in Connection With a Road (Stormwater Pond)—Christchurch Western Corridor, Service Road Between Sawyers Arms Road and Greywacke Road, Christchurch City
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road (stormwater pond) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

A Proclamation
Pursuant to section 26 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Right Honourable Dame Sian Elias, Administrator of the Government, hereby declare:
- The land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be taken for the functioning indirectly of a road; and
- the leasehold estate ("lease") over the land described in the Second Schedule ("lease land") (for the purpose and on the terms set out in the Third Schedule) to be taken for the functioning indirectly of a road and vested in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.
