Education Council Rules 2016.

These rules come into force on 1 July 2016 and revoke the following rules:

The New Zealand Teachers Council (Conduct) Rules 2004;
The New Zealand Teachers Council (Competence) Rules 2007;
The New Zealand Teachers Council (Making Reports and Complaints) Rules 2004;
The New Zealand Teachers Council (Impairment Process) Rules 2009; and
The New Zealand Teachers Council (Amendment and Replacement of Rules) Rules 2004.

Classification of Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, the Christchurch City Council (formerly known as the Waimairi County Council by Local Government (Canterbury Region) Reorganisation Order 1989, New Zealand Gazette, 8 June 1989, No. 99, page 2296) resolved at its meeting on 11 February 2016 to classify the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve and classify the reserve described in the Second Schedule as a local purpose (nursery and utility) reserve.

Land Acquired for Fire and Emergency Services Purposes—Springs Road, Hornby

Pursuant to sections 17 and 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for fire and emergency services purposes and shall vest in the New Zealand Fire Service Commission on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
