Proposed Variations to the Retirement Villages Code of Practice 2008
I give notice that, in accordance with section 91 of the Retirement Villages Act 2003, I invite written submissions on the proposed variations to the Retirement Villages Code of Practice 2008 to be received at my office by Thursday 14 July 2016.
The proposed variations are to clauses 31–36 of the Retirement Villages Code of Practice 2008, which relate to resident access to the operator and statutory supervisor for raising an issue or concern, and the complaints facility.

Notice of Application Received by the Commerce Commission for Addition to the Register of Chorus’ Non-retail Users
Under section 69P(4) of the Telecommunications Act 2001, the Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives public notice of an application by Business Technology Group Limited to be added to the Register of Chorus’ non-retail users.

Approval of Brake Testing Device
Pursuant to subclause 4.6(1) of the Land Transport Rule: Light-vehicle Brakes 2002 (“Rule”), and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the NZ Transport Agency, I, Samuel David Uprichard, Senior Engineer Light Vehicles, hereby approve the brake testing device specified in the Schedule to this notice for the purpose of measuring brake forces of light vehicles to establish compliance with the requirements for light-vehicle brakes contained in the Rule.
