Notice of Amalgamation Proposal

Pursuant to Section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993
Company Nos: 492957, 1540501, 1546746, 491238

Notice is hereby given that the above-named amalgamating companies propose to amalgamate on 8 July 2016.

The amalgamated company will be TEAM GROUP REALTY LIMITED.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of any of the above-named amalgamating companies, or any person to whom any of the companies is under an obligation, at the registered office of the amalgamating companies at 32 Marina View, Paremata, Porirua and at the offices of Gault Mitchell Law, Level 4, 22 The Terrace, Wellington.

A shareholder or creditor of any of the above-named amalgamating companies or any person to whom any of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with the amalgamation proposal upon request to any of the amalgamating companies.
