Notice of Public Examination
Notice is hereby given that a public examination of Cann, Michael Robert concerning a discharge in accordance with section 295 of the Insolvency Act 2006 is fixed for Monday 13 June 2016 at the High Court at Hamilton.
Creditors who intend to oppose the discharge of the bankrupt on grounds other than those mentioned in the Official Assignee’s report must give notice of their intended opposition, setting out the grounds thereof, to the Official Assignee and to the bankrupt no less than three days before the time fixed for the hearing.
Within seven days of the date on which the public examination is to be held, the Official Assignee must file in the High Court at Hamilton a full report on the estate and the conduct of the bankrupt and on all matters with which it is desirable for the purposes of the Insolvency Act 2006 that the Court should be acquainted.
The Official Assignee or any creditor who has proved their claim or the counsel for the Official Assignee or for any creditor who has provided their claim may, without notice to the bankrupt, examine the bankrupt at the public examination.

Notice of Application for an Order of Discharge of Bankruptcy
This document notifies you that, pursuant to Rule 24.37(b) of the High Court Rules 2008:

On 30 June 2016 at 10.00am, an application by O’Brien, Stephen John ("applicant") for discharge of bankruptcy will be heard by the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2010-419-986 and is made pursuant to section 294 of the Insolvency Act 2006.

A creditor who wants to oppose the application must comply with section 297(1) of the Insolvency Act 2006 and must file and serve notice of that intended opposition on the Official Assignee and the applicant not less than five working days before the applicant’s application for discharge.

The application, affidavit in support and Official Assignee’s report, filed under section 296 of the Insolvency Act 2006, may be inspected at the registry of the High Court at Hamilton, or at the applicant’s address for service.

The applicant’s address for service is at the offices of Atticus Legal, Barristers and Solicitors, 7th Floor, 11 Garden Place, Hamilton. The applicant’s solicitor is Andrew Smith, whose address is as noted above.
