Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies, on 27 May 2016 at 8.30am, appointed Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies.
The undersigned does hereby fix 8 July 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
