Take notice that Peter Esmond Farrell, of Rotorua, and Simon Paul Rogan, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, have been appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company.
The liquidation commenced on 20 May 2016 at 10.47am.
The undersigned does hereby fix 30 June 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to the distribution.
