Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

This document notifies you that:

  1. On 20 November 2015, an application for putting JNJ HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2015-404-2798. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 5 February 2016 at 10.45am.

Notice is hereby given that on 22 December 2015 at 12.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SANTOS PONSONBY LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for that purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 5 February 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
