Notice of Discontinued Crown Protected Area Names for Ngāti Rangiteaorere and Ngāti Rangiwewehi Treaty of Waitangi Settlements 2014
Pursuant to sections 55 and 61 (as applying to section 47) of the Ngāti Rangiteaorere Claims Settlement Act 2014 and sections 68 and 74 (as applying to section 57) of the Ngāti Rangiwewehi Claims Settlement Act 2014, the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa (“Board”) hereby gives notice of two discontinued Crown Protected Area (CPA) names.
Schedules 1 and 2 below specify the details of the discontinued CPA names.
The discontinued CPA names took effect on 20 May 2014, being the settlement date specified in the Settlement Acts.
