Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned liquidator of the above-named companies, have delivered to the
Registrar of Companies the final reports and statements referred to in section 257(1)(a)(i) of the Companies Act
1993 with the intent that the companies be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e)
of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidations of the companies have been completed.
Unless written objection to such removals under section 321 of the Act is delivered to the Registrar of Companies
by 25 February 2016, the Registrar may remove the companies from the Register.

Notice that Particular Low Voltage or Extra-Low Voltage Fittings or Appliances are Declared Medium Risk Articles
Pursuant to Regulation 83(1) of the Electricity (Safety) Regulations 2010, I, Mark Stephen Wogan, acting under
delegated authority from the Chief Executive of Worksafe New Zealand, hereby give notice that the low voltage or
extra-low voltage fittings or appliances listed in the Schedule below are declared medium risk articles, with effect
from 15 February 2016.
