Notification of Commerce Commission’s Review of the Standard Terms Determination for the Mobile Termination Access Service
On 19 May 2016, the Commerce Commission (“Commission”) published its review of the monitoring requirements in the standard terms determination for the mobile termination access service (Decision 724, 5 May 2011), under section 30R of the Telecommunications Act 2001.
