Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993

We, David Ian Ruscoe and Richard Grant Simpson, liquidators of PENINSULA QUARRIES LIMITED (in liquidation), hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 7 June 2016.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 353(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act"), that XREF LIMITED intends to apply under section 351 of the Act to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in Australia.

The company will apply to the Registrar to remove the company from the New Zealand Register not earlier than 20 working days after the date of publication of this notice.
