Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government

Presiding In Council

Pursuant to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from 10 July 2016, be national park subject to the National Parks Act 1980 and shall be added to and form part of Abel Tasman National Park.

Land Set Apart for Education Purposes—Paparoa Street School, Paparoa Street, Papanui, Christchurch City

Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for education purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
