Revocation of the Declaration of Land Being Protected Private Land for Scenic Purposes

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Motueka Office, Department of Conservation, revokes the declaration of land being protected private land for scenic purposes over the land described in the Schedule, with the effect that the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977 shall no longer apply to this land.
