Notice Including Māori Freehold Land in an Existing Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart and included in a Māori reservation for the purposes of a meeting place for the common use of the followers of Erueti Te Whiti and Tohu Kākahi, to be known as the Parihaka Papakāinga Māori Reservation.
