Classification of Reserve—Rauiri Drive, Marsden, Whangarei District
In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegated authority under the Reserves Act 1977, the Whangarei District Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on 27 April 2016:
“That pursuant to section 16 of the Act the Council declares the reserve described in the Schedule be classified as local purpose (wetland/drainage) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.”

Severance Taken—State Highway 5, Tapapa Curves, South Waikato District
Pursuant to section 119(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Notice of Intention to Take an Easement in Gross—Wiroa–Kaitaia Single Circuit 110kV Transmission Line Project, Kaeo, Far North District
Notice is hereby given that the Minister for Land Information proposes to take, under the Public Works Act 1981, the easement over the land described in the Schedule to this notice (“land”).
The easement is required for the Wiroa-Kaitaia Single Circuit 110kV Transmission Line Project (“project”).
Pursuant to section 186(1) of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for Land Information has agreed to have the easement acquired under Part 2 of the Public Works Act 1981.
By way of section 186(2) of the Resource Management Act 1991, the effect of any Proclamation taking the easement for the purposes of section 186(1) shall be to vest the easement in Top Energy Limited, being the network utility operator responsible for the project instead of the Crown.
