Land Declared Historic Reserve—Omarunui Road, Hastings District
In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegated authority under the Reserves Act 1977, the Hastings District Council gives notice that, at its meeting held on 28 April 2016, it passed a resolution, pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, declaring the land described in the Schedule to be historic reserve subject to the provisions of the Act.

Road Realignment—Otautau Tuatapere Road, Raymonds Gap, Southland
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:
a. Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Southland District Council;
b. Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3), amalgamated with the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register SLA3/232 subject to all existing encumbrances; and
c. Pursuant to section 119(1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register SLA3/232 subject to all existing encumbrances.
