Land Transfer Act Notice

The owner of land adjoining the bank of the unnamed stream in Auckland City has applied to me to bring part of the dry bed of the unnamed stream contained within the applicant’s title under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a Computer Freehold Register for it in their name.

Land Registration District: North Auckland

Application: 10278302.1.

Applicant: Monsur Rahman, c/o David Barker, PO Box 21150, Hamilton.

Land Applied For: 51 square metres, more or less, shown as Lot 20 on LT 487518, being part of the former bed of the stream adjoining Lot 2 DP 40547 and Allotment 559 Parish of Waipareira, comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA35C/412 in Auckland City.

I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a title for it in the name of the applicant unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 4 July 2016.

We, Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, liquidators of RESPONSIVE ICT LIMITED, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 30 June 2016.
