Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of I-PROPERTIES-NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 5 May 2016 at 10.26am, when Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, by order of the High Court at Christchurch.

Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise potential returns to creditors.

Any enquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
